Mel Campagna has been an activist and organizer for over ten years. After earning her degree in Women's Studies from Antioch College in Ohio, she worked in New York at the Women's Caucus for Gender Justice, a human rights NGO that advocated for gender inclusion in the statue of the International Criminal Court, and Dyke TV Productions, a grassroots media education center for queer women. For the past three years, she has lived in the Bay Area and worked as Program Coordinator at the Bay Area Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild.
