Paul Carelli is a partner at Stutz, Artiano, Shinoff & Holtz in San Diego, CA, where he practices in the areas of Corporate, Public Entity, Employment, General Tort Litigation, and Education Law. Mr. Carelli is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, and serves on the Appeals Committee. Mr. Carelli has worked on Harper v. Poway United School District, a key LGBT school case on appeal in the Ninth Circuit, a first amendment case where school administrators who prevented a student from wearing a shirt with an anti-gay message on campus. Mr. Carelli obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana in 1989, and graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law in San Diego. While at California Western, he served as the Associate Notes and Comments Editor for the California Western Law Review/International Law Journal.
